Because e-applications are more easily accessed, circulated and replicated than hard copy data, Beverly Hospital will take every reasonable measure to minimize the potential for third parties and unauthorized employees to gain access to the e-application data or database. In addition, since no system is fail-safe, all applicants should be aware that although Beverly Hospital will make every effort to minimize unauthorized dissemination and will only provide the information to those with a "need to know," it cannot guarantee privacy.
